I need someone to tell me how to unlock the trophy: «You’re not the boss of me». I’ve had about 1000 waves already, and none of them have been beaten…. Please this is like hitting the jackpot on the slot machine, never better said. I’ll take suggestions like what maps you usually get more on, being a plant or zombie, but what I really need is for EA to not make this trophy so random. I’m putting the platinum and the game aside because of it.

There is no reason to get overwhelmed by a game Achievement that is like others that is coming out little by little, the super boss waves are totally random, as you go doing your board missions that are every 48h you will have the ones that send you to gardens or tombs, so you get your stars and hopefully you will get some super wave.

I agree that they are difficult. What can’t be is to take 500 waves, try constantly and not even get out once. What bothers me is the randomness, nothing more, and when day after day you try and nothing, it frustrates. They should raise the spawn rate. EA can do it…

you are not my boss

As professional coach Aida Baida explains «there are people who immediately blame themselves for everything due to insecurity. Others are aware of their worth and also of their limits and responsibilities and see that they are not really good at it (at least at that moment) and, of course, there are always people who prefer to take the blame for not taking responsibility, who blame others or circumstances».

Developing self-criticism and reflecting deeply on our performance is not a simple process. As leadership expert Pilar Jericho often explains, «we all have talent, but we don’t have talent for everything». To discover our weaknesses and strengths, we can, in addition to questioning what we like and what we are good at, seek advice from third parties to gain a more objective view.

In his experience, Boix points out that managers are increasingly aware of the leadership role they have to play and tend to raise these questions in regular meetings with the team or in one-on-one meetings. However, there is also a responsibility on the part of the employee to catch up: «If, somehow, you don’t become aware that you are not up to the level and no one has helped you to see that you have to do something different to change it, you are missing out on a lot of opportunities,» the consultant reminds us.
